Rub the ribs with your favorite spices at least an hour in advance and put them in a cool place. You can use thyme, mustard powder, rosemary, pepper, paprika, salt or a ready-made grill spice mixture. Then cut the ribs into pieces. In a large saucepan, slowly heat all ingredients except the baking powder. The honey must be completely dissolved. Now add the baking powder. Attention, the mixture foams up a lot, therefore a large pot. Take off the heat and now add the ribs and cover well with the sauce.
Place on a baking sheet and bake at 190 C for about an hour. Turn the pieces once. After 40 minutes of baking time, brush the pieces again generously with sauce.
