Rinse beans and soak in cold water for 2 hours. Do the same with barley. After the time has elapsed, drain the water.
Peel the onion and cut into quarters.
Peel the carrots and cut into strips.
Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Set the “Fry” program. Put the carrots and onions in a bowl and fry for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add tomato paste to the onions and carrots, cook for another 5 minutes.
Then add the beans and barley. Pour in water so that it slightly covers the contents of the bowl. Transfer the multicooker to the “Stew” mode for 2 hours.
Finely chop the greens. 20 minutes before being ready, add chopped greens to the multicooker bowl. Stir and cook barley porridge with beans until the end of the program.
