Instructions

  1. Put the whole beef on top with the meat stock and onions and simmer for an hour.
  2. Add the washed pearl barley and simmer for another hour.
  3. Clean the leek and celery, peel the potatoes and carrots, dice everything and add to the soup, cook everything for a good 20 minutes, remove the meat, cut it into pieces, add a little salt and let the soup get hot again.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped lovage.
