Put flour in a bowl and make a well in the center. Crumble the yeast into the well and pour some of the lukewarm water over it. Dissolve the yeast, dust lightly with flour, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Add the remaining lukewarm water, olive oil, and salt to the dough. Knead well until fully combined. Cover and let rise at room temperature for 45 minutes.
While the dough is rising, prepare your desired sauce and toppings.
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured work surface and knead for 1-2 minutes. Divide into portions if making multiple pizzas and roll out to desired thickness.
Place the dough in pizza tins or on a baking tray, shape the edges, cover, and let rise for 5 minutes.
Bake at 225-250°C (437-482°F) on the bottom rack for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, add your sauce and toppings, and bake until the toppings are cooked and the crust edges are golden brown.
