Instructions

  1. Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy, then add the vanilla sugar and stir. Then gradually stir the eggs with the butter-sugar mixture. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add a small portion to the butter and sugar mixture. Then add a portion of milk. Mix in the rest of the milk and flour alternately.
  2. The dough can now be refined with e.g. nuts, cocoa, Nutella, fruits etc. - but it also tastes very good and airy!
  3. I bake this dough as a cake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes (test with wooden sticks).
  4. Muffins go faster, just under 10 minutes.
  5. After baking, let the cake cool down and refine it with icing, chocolate icing or powdered sugar, if you like.
