After about 30 - 40 minutes of baking time, take the tray out of the oven and divide the dough into the desired pieces. Turn all pieces over and place in the oven for another 10-25 minutes until the desired degree of firmness is achieved.
  4. For wraps you only need a short baking time after turning them. For pizza, just let the base become a little firmer. Then cover as desired and bake again. Bake nice and crispy for pizza bread.
