Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Put the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with a hand mixer until the dough bubbles. Then add the flour mixture in portions and stir everything into a homogeneous dough.

  4. Variants:
  5. - Bake with apples in a springform pan and spread with apricot jam,
  6. - Stirred with cocoa powder under half of the batter and chocolate icing as a marble cake
  7. - Replaced with 100 g flour with the same amount of ground hazelnuts / almonds as a nut cake.
