Mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Put the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with a hand mixer until the dough bubbles. Then add the flour mixture in portions and stir everything into a homogeneous dough.
Line a loaf pan with baking paper or butter.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes at 180 ° C, depending on the cake shape selected and the oven`s power. Make the chopstick test (if golden brown and nothing sticks to the toothpick, it`s done).
Variants:
- Bake with apples in a springform pan and spread with apricot jam,
- Stirred with cocoa powder under half of the batter and chocolate icing as a marble cake
- Replaced with 100 g flour with the same amount of ground hazelnuts / almonds as a nut cake.
