Instructions

  1. Top the turkey schnitzel with a slice of ham each. Finely chop the basil. Sprinkle the schnitzel with salt, pepper and some of the basil, roll up like roulades and tie with kitchen twine or stick with the needles.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sear the roulades in it, deglaze with white wine, stir in the cream and mustard and let simmer for about 30 minutes. Finally, thicken the sauce with a light sauce thickener and season with salt, pepper and the remaining basil. Pour the sauce over the roulades and serve.
  3. Rösti and salad go well with it.
