Put the Batida de Coco in a glass on ice cubes. Then hold the glass at an angle and carefully pour in the cherry juice. The two liquids should only touch each other lightly and not be completely mixed, looks very good!
Serve with a straw and a cocktail skewer with 2 cherries attached.
