- Cut the bread into thin slices, finely dice the onion, wash the soup greens and cut into small pieces.
- Heat the oil, sauté the onion until translucent, add the bread and soup greens and roast everything over a high heat while stirring for a few seconds.
- Pour in the broth and cover over low heat for 10 minutes. Simmer
- Mix in the cream (do not let it boil anymore). Season the soup with salt and pepper. Cut the chives into fine rolls and sprinkle over the soup.
