Salt lightly pounded chops with salt and season with freshly ground pepper. Beat the eggs well and mix with the Tabasco sauce. Pound pretzels or rub them with the rolling pin or chop them in an electrical device. Dip the chops in egg, cover with pretzel crumbs, press lightly and fry slowly on both sides in a hot, but not too hot, pan.
It goes well with spicy, seasoned cabbage and fried potatoes.
