Instructions

  1. Cut the bell pepper and the mountain cheese into thin strips. Cut the onions into rings.
  2. Fry the meat loaf and cut in half lengthways and then cut into strips. Then put everything in a large bowl.
  3. For the vinaigrette, mix white wine vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper together. Then add the oil and stir until it is creamy and smooth. Pour over the salad, stir and enjoy.
