Instructions

  1. Prepare 1/4 liter of stock. Add the vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, mustard, pepper and the salad herbs and bring to the boil briefly.
  2. Add the left bacon to the potato slices, as well as pickles, onions and apples, and pour the broth over everything. Fold in and let steep for a while, stirring repeatedly.
