- Skin the sausage, cut into slices and place in a bowl. Peel the onion, cut into rings and add to the sausage slices.
- Make a marinade from the remaining ingredients and pour over the sausage, onion and cheese. Finally you can cut chives and sprinkle over them.
- Tip: For Swiss sausage salad, cut 50 g of Emmental cheese into wafer-thin strips (this is easier to skewer on a fork).
