Instructions

  1. Make a sausage salad from the meat sausage, the pickles, the vinaigrette, an onion, salt and pepper.
  2. The remaining ingredients are used to make an obatzter (cheese preparation). To do this, peel the rind from the room-warm Camembert and mash the cheese. Mix in the cream cheese and butter. Then stir in the beer. To taste, season with salt and pepper, possibly paprika, if you want you can also add some caraway seeds and some of the spring onions.
  3. Peel the radi and cut into thin slices or spirals, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange everything in portions on a plate or wooden board and sprinkle with the remaining spring onions.
  5. Serve with fresh farmer`s bread and / or pretzels.
