For the marinade, squeeze the lemons. Mix the juice with honey and chilli sauce, finely chop the garlic and chilli peppers (if you don`t like it very spicy, remove the kernels from the chilli peppers) and add, season everything with a little salt and pepper. Place the chicken wings in the marinade and leave to soak overnight (at least 6 hours).
Either grill on the plate grill or raclette in winter, or ideally grill over charcoal. The honey makes the wings relatively dark, but don`t be frightened - they taste fantastic.
Baguette and yoghurt dips or guacamole go well with it.
