Put the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl and stir well. Add the chicken breast fillet cubes and stir until the mixture covers them well. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours. Keep the leftover marinade or do not dispose of the rest.
Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes beforehand so that they no longer stick to the meat.
Place the chicken cubes and spring onions or shallots alternately on the wooden skewers. Grill on the grill, smoker or oven grill at the highest setting (preheated) for 8-10 minutes, turning more often and brushing with the remaining marinade. Sprinkle sesame on top when serving.
