Instructions

  1. Stir sugar and dry yeast into 150 ml of lukewarm water and dissolve. Put the flour, a pinch of salt and the olive oil in a mixing bowl. Pour the water over the flour and knead with the hand mixer until you have a smooth dough. Loosely cover the bowl with cling film (so that the surface does not dry out) and also place a towel over it to darken it. Leave to rest in a warm place for as long as possible - but at least 1 hour.
  2. After resting, shape the dough into balls of the same size. Roll out as thinly as possible on baking paper. Brush with BBQ sauce. Top up as required and according to the mood of the respective pizza maker.
  3. Preheat the oven to 250 ° C to 300 ° C top / bottom heat. Bake the tray on the bottom rack until the cheese has a light golden yellow color (the pizza base should also be golden yellow in places).
  4. Sprinkle the baked pizza with cleaned and chopped rocket and serve.
  5. Tip: Of course, this pizza also tastes good with the conventional tomato sauce. If you don`t like that, you should simply coat the floor with crème fraiche herbs.
