Instructions

  1. Rub the ceramic pot with the oil. Briefly rinse the roast with clear water and place in the crock pot. Mix the remaining ingredients into a thick sauce and pour evenly over the meat. Cover. The braising time is about 5 hours at the highest level or until the meat is buttery soft. If you like, you can turn the meat halfway through the cooking time. Remove the roast, use two forks to finely chop it up along the grain and return to the sauce. If necessary, season again to taste. Keep warm on the lowest setting (LOW). Best served on soft hamburger buns.
  2. Tip: Pulled Pork is very easy to freeze in portions for storage.
