Instructions
Sauté the onion and garlic. Add sugar and let it melt over low heat. Add spices and let simmer for 15 minutes. Season to taste with Worcstershire sauce.
Will keep for several weeks in sterilized jars / bottles.
Very tasty with spicy meat.
