Mix the sour cream and yoghurt. Chop nuts. Peel and mash the garlic. Stir in both. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Finely crumble the cheese, rinse the beans briefly with cold water on a sieve and drain well. Peel and dice the onion. Clean, wash and drain the lettuce. Then cut into wide strips. Mix the lettuce, corn, beans, onions and pineapple. Arrange everything on a platter, sprinkle cheese over it and serve with the soured sauce.
