Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the French beans, cut them into bite-sized pieces and cook them al dente with the chopped, fresh savory in a little salted water.
  2. In the meantime, peel the onion, quarter and cut into thin strips and the feta into small cubes. Whisk mustard, balsamic vinegar, water, salt, pepper and sugar in a bowl and season to taste. Finely chop the parsley and add to the bowl with the onion strips and feta.
  3. Drain the cooked beans and rinse in ice water, drain well and add to the salad dressing. Stir well and let steep for 15 minutes. Then add the oil, mix well again and season to taste.
