Instructions

  1. Cook the beans until they are firm to the bite and allow to cool slightly. Quarter the kohlrabi, cut into slices and add to the beans.
  2. For the dressing, whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar with salt and pepper and squeeze the garlic. Fold in the onions and basil and mix well with the vegetables. Finally sprinkle the sunflower seeds on top.
