Instructions

  1. Boil the green beans briefly so that they are still firm to the bite. Sear the minced meat (without fat) and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder (I like to add cumin and coriander powder to the minced meat, it then gets its own note). At the end, briefly stew the chopped onions. Spread the green beans in a baking dish, pour the minced meat over it. Mix the sour cream with a pinch of salt and distribute well over the ground beans. Finally sprinkle the diced feta over the top.
  2. Baked in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  3. You can also eat bread rolls or baguettes, but if you don`t like carbohydrates, leave them out.
