Wash the beans and cut into pieces about 3 cm long. Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Rinse the pork, pat dry and cut into small cubes. Cut the bacon into cubes. Peel and dice the onions.
Leave out the bacon and heat the onion cubes in it until they are translucent. Add the meat and heat for about 5 minutes. Add the beans, diced potatoes, savory, garlic and meat stock, bring to a boil and cook until cooked. Pour in the wine, heat it up and season the stew with salt and pepper. Wash the tomatoes about 15 minutes before the end of the cooking time, cut out the stalks and quarter them. Add to the stew, finish cooking and sprinkle with parsley.
