Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes for 20 minutes. Clean the beans, wash them, cut into pieces and cook in salted water for 15 minutes. Peel and chop onions and garlic.
  2. Heat the oil. Fry the mince, onions and garlic for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Drain the beans. Drain, rinse, peel and cut the potatoes into thick slices. Clean the tomatoes and cut into cubes.
  4. Put the mince in a baking dish. Mix the potatoes, beans and tomatoes and place on the mince. Roughly grate the sheep`s cheese, mix with the cream, season and spread over the casserole.
