Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Fry the minced meat in it. Peel and finely dice the onions. Halve, core, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Add onion cubes and paprika strips and stew for about 10 minutes. Stir frequently. Stir in tomato paste. Add the stock, bring to the boil and cook for about 10 minutes. Drain the beans and corn, add to the soup with the chilli sauce and bring to the boil. Season the soup with salt and pepper.
Possibly add a little more stock if the stew is too thick.
Tip:
Clean a stick of leek, cut open lengthways, wash, cut into rings and add with the paprika.
