For the dressing:

Instructions

  1. Beans in the open! Cook the pot (then they stay nice and green) in salted water.
  2. Dice the onion and add to the dressing. Stir in the still lukewarm beans. Let cool down. Dice the tomatoes and eggs, cut the sausage into strips and mix with the lettuce.
  3. Sometimes you have to make some sauce as the beans and eggs soak up a lot of dressing.
  4. With fresh baguette.
