Instructions

  1. Wash the beans, remove the noses and threads, cut the large beans in half and cook in a saucepan with water and a little salt until they are al dente.
  2. Take the beans out of the pot and place in a bowl. Add the finely chopped onions, salt, pepper, spices, vinegar, oil and part of the cooking stock. Mix everything well, allow to cool and serve on glass plates.
