Clean the soup greens, wash and cut into small pieces, clean the beans and cut into small diamonds. Cut the soup meat into small cubes and cut the sausages into small pieces. Put everything together in a large saucepan.
Stir the granular broth in 200 ml of lukewarm water and add. Then add approx. 2 liters of water. Let the soup simmer for about 40 minutes. Then season with salt, pepper, Maggi and paprika and serve.
For a stew, add only 1 liter of water and boil twice the amount of potatoes.
