Put the vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and oil in a bowl and stir carefully to form a marinade.
Drain the soybeans. Wash the peppers and cut into small pieces.
Mix both with half of the marinade just before serving. Briefly toast the sesame seeds in hot oil. Wash the cucumber, cut into thin slices and mix with the marinade, paprika & bean sprouts and sesame seeds just before serving.
