• 1 liter meat broth (e.g. cube broth)
• 250 g bacon, diced
• 1 bunch carrot (s), cut
• 500 g beans, reen, crushed
• 3 potato (s), raw and chopped
• Savory, fresh or dried
• pepper
• 1 pinch (s) sugar
• 2 apples, tart ones

Instructions

1. Cook the vegetables, potatoes, bacon and spices in the meat stock for 30-40 minutes. After 20 minutes add the apple pieces and cook for another 10-20 minutes.
