Instructions

  1. Briefly sear the meat in the oil or fat and then deglaze with water (the meat should only look a little bit out of the water. Add the soup vegetables and add salt. Let cook for 1.5 hours.
  2. Then add the soup noodles and cook for another 10 minutes. Now season the whole thing again with salt.
  3. In the meantime, wash the French beans and cut into strips. Then cook in salted water with the savory for about 25 minutes. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. After the beans have cooked, add the potatoes to the beans and simmer for another 10-15 minutes. Now season again with salt, pepper and, if necessary, Maggi spice. If the sauce is too watery for you, you can thicken it a little with flour or a sauce thickener.
  4. FINISHED! So you have a delicious soup as a starter and a nice, low-calorie and healthy meal without much effort!
