Instructions

  1. Clean the beans, wash them and cook in salted boiling water for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Dice the bacon and fry in hot oil. Wash the mushrooms, clean them, cut them into slices and fry them in the bacon until all the liquid has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Slice meat sausage, grate Gouda cheese.
  4. Put the mushrooms in a greased baking dish, layer the sausage and beans on top. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the preheated oven on the middle shelf for about 20 minutes.
  5. Cut the cress from the box, wash it, sprinkle it over the casserole and serve.
