Instructions

  1. Fry the roughly diced onion and diced bacon in butter until golden. Add mushrooms or stone mushrooms and fry. Wash, break or cut the beans and add to the mushrooms. Pour in the meat stock and season with salt and pepper. The dish is ready when the beans are soft.
