Instructions

  1. Dice the onion, potatoes and ham. Clean the beans and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a saucepan and roast the onion and ham in it. Pour in the vegetable stock and bring to the boil.
  3. Cover and cook the potatoes and beans in the vegetable stock for about 15 minutes.
  4. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
