Instructions

  1. Clean the cut beans and cook for 8-10 minutes in boiling salted water.
  2. Cut the garlic clove into fine slices, coarsely chop the walnuts. Core and finely chop the chilli pepper.
  3. Froth the butter in a pan. Sauté the garlic slices, chilli pieces and walnuts over a low heat for about 1 minute. Add chopped parsley.
  4. Drain the beans, then drain well and mix with the butter. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
