Instructions

  1. Pour the honey into the vodka in a thin stream, stirring vigorously with the whisk.
  2. Pour into a dark bottle. Pour the cloves and vanilla pod into the bottle. Let it steep for about 1 week at room temperature, shaking vigorously in between.
  3. Alternative: add 1 cinnamon stick and a little lemon peel to the alcohol.
