Instructions

1. Make a kneading dough from the dough ingredients and chill the dough for about 1 hour.
2. Roll out in portions and cut out hearts. In the halves of the hearts, cut out hearts again with a smaller shape. Mix the egg yolk with the milk and use it to brush the edges of the hearts cut out inside. Place all hearts on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
