Clean the cauliflower, cook in salted boiling water until al dente, remove and drain well. Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Wash the parsley, pat dry and cut into small pieces.
Mix the minced meat with the diced onion, parsley and an egg. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Clean and wash tomatoes, cut into slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Grease an ovenproof casserole dish, place the cauliflower with the stalk facing down, place the tomato slices around the cauliflower and top with flakes of butter. Spread the minced meat mixture on the tomatoes.
Mix the cream with the rest of the egg and cheese, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour over the cauliflower and minced meat mixture. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
