- For the dough:
- Beat the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until a creamy, almost white mass has formed. Then fold in the flour and baking powder.
- Pour the batter into muffin tins and bake for about 10 to 20 minutes at 200 °.
- For the cream:
- Whip the Paradiscreme with the cream until stiff and then, using a piping bag and a star nozzle, spray onto the cooled muffins.
- For the garnish, roast a few almond leaves with 1 tablespoon of sugar and spread them on the cupcakes.
