Cut the broccoli into small florets. Thinly slice the pointed peppers, hot peppers and spring onions. Finely chop the garlic, halve the sugar snap peas and cut the fillet of beef into small strips.
Fry the broccoli in a pan, then add the remaining vegetables and fry with them. Just before the broccoli and the rest of the vegetables are ready to add the chopped almonds.
In a second pan, briefly fry the beef fillet strips medium, season with salt and pepper and add to the vegetables. Now add the teriyaki sauce, mix well and let it heat up. Season with salt and pepper.
