First season the minced meat with salt, pepper and cane sugar and form two burger patties of the same size.
Then place some pulled pork in the middle of the first patty, layer the second patty on top and press the edges of both patties together so that the pulled pork cannot fall out.
Then grill the burger at 240-260 degrees direct heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Then pull into the indirect zone, cover with onion rings and a slice of cheese and let cook for another 5 to 7 minutes.
In the meantime, cut the bun in half and coat both halves with BBG sauce. Cover the underside with lettuce and cucumber slices and place the patty on top, close and bite into it.
