Cut the fillet into 4 steaks, wash, dry and season with pepper. Wrap a slice of bacon around each steak and pin it in place. Brush the steaks with oil and fry each for 4 minutes. Wrap in aluminum foil and keep warm.
Boil the roast set with water, stir in the crème fraiche and bring to the boil. Stir in the whiskey, honey and tube gravy. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Salt the steaks, place them in the sauce and warm them up.
