Sear the meat in portions and then remove it from the pan. Now fry the onions and then add the meat again. Add the tomato paste and paprika powder and fry briefly, then deglaze with the stock. Add pepper and chili powder to taste. Let it cook for about 40 minutes on the second ring of the pressure cooker and let the saucepan stand on the switched-off plate until the pressure has dropped.
Now add the cream, add salt and seasoning if necessary and bring to the boil briefly without the lid.
