Cut the meat into small pieces and fry, close the lid and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes, because beef takes a little longer. When there is no more liquid, you can add a little more boiling water.
When the meat is fried, add olive oil, add the chopped peppers, garlic and shallots and fry.
Season everything with the spices, add the mushrooms and fry for another five minutes.
