Instructions
Soak the beans for an hour.
Cook until soft with a little thyme and salt.
Cut the beef into small slices and add to the strained and cooled beans. Add onions and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, vinegar and sprinkle with seed oil. On top of the chives rolls
