Cook the meat with soup vegetables and salt for about 2 hours. Let the meat cool down and then cut all the ingredients into cubes of about the same size. I always cut the eggs with the egg cutter first into slices, then crosswise again. Put everything in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, vinegar and oil. Let it steep for 2 hours and season again if necessary.
