Wash the bones and put them in cold water, bring to the boil. Put the meat and spices into the boiling water, slowly, half covered, let the soup simmer for about 90 minutes and skim off the gray foam.
Wash the soup greens, clean and roughly cut into small pieces. Halve the unpeeled onion and add to the soup with the soup greens. Let simmer for another 60 minutes.
