Instructions

  1. First you prepare the green beans, cut off the ends and make sure that the threads are removed. Then cut to the desired length and cook in salted water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Then remove a piece from the stem of the mushrooms, quarter the rest and fry in a pan with a little oil. Use pepper, salt, Provence herbs and basil for seasoning.
  3. Now drain the beans and put them in a pan with a little oil and season with pepper, salt, herbs from Provence and savory.
  4. Finally, there is the beef rump steak. First the steaks are patted dry with a cloth and carefully squeezed sideways to get a compact shape. Season with salt and pepper on both sides and place in a hot pan with oil and fry for 2 minutes on each side. Then cook the steaks at very low heat for a maximum of 2 minutes. (Depending on how long you let the steaks cook, they are rare or medium rare.)
  5. Now just arrange everything together, you can also serve a delicious cream sauce with it.
